Market Analysis. The Murray Team will give you a complete market analysis prior to listing your home or on the home you want to purchase. This information will help in setting a realistic list price, while providing strength in future negotiations with buyers and sellers. You will also be set up on an automated MLS search that will track the market while your home is listed to keep you abreast of new listings (i.e. the competition) and newly pending or sold homes in your neighborhood.

Process Advisor. Selling or buying a home is an exciting milestone, but the process can be trying at times. We will be by your side every step of the way: Showings, offers, negotiations, appraisal, inspection, all the way to SOLD!

Professional Pictures. Amazing photography is vital when selling property. The Murray Team provides professional level photography and the investment pays dividends to our sellers. Professional pictures inspire agents and their buyers to schedule a showing. And, without showings, there are no offers.

Online Presence. The Murray Team focuses our marketing primarily online. We utilize realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Ziprealty, Homes, and 500+ more websites, to give the best online exposure to our listings.

We also have a strong presence on social media, where we can
use websites, such as Facebook to maximize the number of pictures each site allows, write catchy headlines and enhance the listings so your home receives maximum exposure.

Reports/Feedback. We will keep you in the loop with weekly online traffic reports via email as well as honest, unfiltered feedback following showings. We always follow up with Realtors who show your home and request feedback that we share directly.
